Have a go at flower arranging with the National Botanic Gardens of Wales on Saturday the 2nd of April. Join Sharon Dower and learn to arrange some beautiful flowers.  This month during the morning we will look at a popular Dutch style of arranging called Biedermeier, where flowers are arranged tightly together to create a dome shaped arrangement.  After a short break for lunch we will create a massed design using one type of flower, surrounded by a collar of a complimentary flower and foliage.

This workshop requires you to provide your own materials, whether selected from your garden or sourced from your local florist or supermarket.  You can spend as little or as much as you want on your flowers.  A comprehensive list of materials will be supplied by the Botanical Gardens, soon after you book your workshop.
