Crickhowell Open Studios – this weekend

Crickhowell, at the centre of a vibrant community of artists, will again this year be at the hear of the eagerly awaited annual Crickhowell Open Studio weekend.

The Art Trail of Open Studios champions and celebrates local artists and their work. It is an annual event which takes place during the Spring Bank Holiday weekend in May. (23 – 25 May 2015)

It affords visitors the opportunity to explore and enjoy the beautiful Brecon Beacons and surrounding countryside whilst visiting the studios of some of the area’s exceptional artists.

The 3 day event creates the perfect opportunity to explore, meet artists, be inspired by their art.   The 29 venues will this year include over 200 exhibiting artists from the area.

Enjoy the rich heritage and beauty of the area while you follow the distinctive red across with venue numbers in Crickhowell and further afield to discover artists, makers and designers who work in a wide variety of disciplines including paint-working, printmaking, photography, textiles, sculpture, glass and forged ironwork.
