Monday 16th – Saturday 21st of February – Learn to Draw at Chapel Cottage Studio who will be holding the popular “Learn to Draw” intensive 6 day course tutored by Jantien Powell. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to improve on their skills, this course teaches the five basic principles for realistic drawing. £250 pp includes refreshments and a complimentary home made lunch each day.
18th Feb – Wild Wednesday at Old Railway Line – Crafty youngsters from Powys and Herefordshire are invited to visit a local garden centre to enjoy a fun craft workshop this half term school break. The workshop will give children the opportunity to decorate a bird nest box and make a suet treat to take home and put in the garden. There will also be a fun bird hunt around the plant area and other wildlife themed craft activities. £3.00 per child with all materials.How about a visit to Goytre Wharf?
