This is the third year it has retained its Bib Gourmand, recognition of its strategy to keep its prices at sensible levels in an ever more challenging market, with a set lunch menu at £17.50 for 2 courses and £21.00 for three courses.

It remains the only pub or restaurant in the whole of Wales to be given a Bib Gourmand against 154 in the rest of the UK and Ireland.

Edmund Inkin, Joint Owner of The Felin Fach Griffin, noted “It is terrific news that another two restaurants in Wales have been given stars in the new guide, showing that we can do things well at the top end. ”

The Walnut Tree Inn have also retained their Michelin Star for ‘very good cooking in its category’, having held onto it since 2008!

A big well done done to them once again as they reign the long withstanding favourite for those looking for real high end cuisine in the area.
