The Smokery produces some of the finest smoked meats and fish in Wales.

Black Mountains, South Wales. Their award-winning smoked foods are carefully sourced from British suppliers and traditionally cured and smoked at our smokehouse in Crickhowell.

The Welsh Venison Centre have a fine variety of meats from Beef, Lamb, Pork, Venison and Turkey this Christmas.
Glaisfer Uchaf is a small family hill farm of 100 acres, who began selling lamb directly from the farm 9 years ago, and have gradually expanded to include Aberdeen Angus Beef, Free Range Chickens, Aylesbury Ducks, and Old Spot Pork.
All butchery is done on their farm in their cutting room, so that they can supply anything from a chop to a whole lamb, cut, packed and ready for your freezer. Because of this they can offer very competitive prices as they cut out the middleman. Not only is their meat high quality it’s also excellent value for money.
