Go on a daytime event for children, being a ‘Fright Night’ tour designed for children (even so, many children do find it too scary and decide not to complete the tour) or go on a serious Halloween Ghost Tour for the adults, complete with late bar in the Haunted Bar.
Some Tours will retire to the Haunted Bar at the end of the evening, where Lead Investigator Steve Graham will regale guests with true historical stories and the odd ghost story while your party gather around a warming log fire.
The Haunted Bar is located in one of our derelict rooms on the first floor in the centre of the castle. If you are able to organise a group of ten or more, you can create your own Ghost Tour event led by Steve Graham of The Paranormal World!!
Join in a Halloween-themed trail at Tretower Court for a day of thrills and chills!
Tretower Court is a majestically preserved 14th century manor house with a ruined castle tower nearby that dates back to medieval times.
It’s so soaked in history, a few people suspect it might be haunted. So it was no surprise when the TV series “Most Haunted”filmed an episode there and discovered a few things. According to the guides who were working that day, the presenters “made lots of noise and all came out feeling very sad!”. We’re quite sure you’ll be feeling more amazed than sad when you visit this quite outstanding place.
The spooky halloween trail will take participants around the Court and Castle, and everyone who completes the quiz will be rewarded with the site sticker “ Tretower C & C Halloween Trail completed!” and a goody bag of sweets.

Halloween at Dinefwr
There are many spooky stories of ghostly sightings, supernatural experiences and from time to time, the unmistakable aroma of pipe or cigar smoke in the butler’s pantry.
Even some of the most sceptical staff refuse to go to some areas of the house alone where as others see the spirits of the Dinefwr family as old friends.
This season there will be torchlight tours at Newton House after dark on their History and Hauntings events and Newton House Sleepover event. Book your place today if you dare. Call 01558 824512
